These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thewanderfulwayfarer.com (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of our digital products, including Lightroom presets, LUTs, eBooks, and any related materials (collectively, the “Products”).
By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Products, files, images, designs, and content available through The Wanderful Wayfarer are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of The Wanderful Wayfarer. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership — you are granted a limited license only.
You receive a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or professional creative work as outlined in these Terms.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the Product files to anyone else.
- Upload the Product (or any modified version) to file-sharing websites, cloud drives, or other platforms.
- Recreate, copy, modify, or alter the Product to sell or distribute as your own.
- Include the Product in a freebie, giveaway, digital bundle, or promotional package.
- Claim ownership or authorship of any Product or design created by The Wanderful Wayfarer.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. License Scope
Your license permits you to:
- Use the Product for your own creative work, including social media, client projects, and personal portfolios.
- Install the Product on up to two devices owned and operated by you.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
Because all Products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- You accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same item.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You (or your client) no longer need or want the purchased product.
- You found another product you prefer or simply changed your mind.
- You do not have the correct software required to use the product. (Software requirements are listed in each product description.)
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and the files have already been downloaded.
- You believe the product is of low quality but have not contacted us for support.
- You’re unable to download the product due to internet issues, unstable connections, or insufficient storage.
- Technical issues caused by your internet, device, or download environment.
- You claim a technical issue but are unwilling or unable to provide evidence for troubleshooting.
- Your purchase was made more than 3 days ago.
Please contact hello@thewanderfulwayfarer.com within 3 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue.
Because our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and privacy policies as well as ours.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at hello@thewanderfulwayfarer.com before filing a chargeback or dispute. We’re committed to resolving matters quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us first may result in your account being permanently closed, and any previous purchases may no longer be accessible. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of fees or damages resulting from unfounded chargebacks.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding their performance, suitability, or compatibility with your devices or software.
Use of our Products is at your own risk. The Wanderful Wayfarer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use or inability to use the Products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wanderful Wayfarer and its owners, affiliates, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Illinois, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
9. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Wanderful Wayfarer.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
